We believe all children deserve to receive quality dentistry.  As part of this objective, we are an in-network PPO provider for most of the dental insurance companies.  Even if our office does not participate in your particular dental insurance plan, we will help you maximize your benefits as an out-of-network provider with your insurance company.

Please call our office for details about your specific policy. Many parents are not aware that currently under the Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare), children are covered for dental care under their medical insurance. We can help you verify if you have dental coverage under your medical insurance.

Payment for dental care is due the day the treatment is rendered.  We will explain the treatment plan with you and any associated fees before beginning treatment.  We will make every effort to provide your child the best possible care while tailoring a treatment plan that fits your budget and schedule.

If you have no insurance, payment in full is expected at each visit. If you have insurance, we will check your benefits and inform you of your estimated co-payment, which is due at each visit.

Payment Options: For your convenience, we accept payments by cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and CareCredit. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card that provides low-cost patient financing.  Please contact our office for more details.

We understand that dental insurance can be confusing and we try to make the process as transparent as possible.  As a courtesy, we will help you complete and submit your child’s dental insurance claims.  We will also accept assignment of benefits from your insurance company, meaning that your insurance company will pay our office directly and you only pay the estimated portion (also known as the co-payment) at the time of treatment.  If your insurance company does not allow assignment of benefits to our office, which means that the insurance company will reimburse you directly, then you are expected to pay our office in full at the time of treatment.

Insurance plans can differ greatly, and your child’s coverage is determined by the policy you and your employer choose.  Certain procedures that your child may need might not be covered by your plan or a deductible or a co-payment may be required. We will assist you in estimating your co-payment as accurately as possible based on the information submitted to us from your insurance company.  Be mindful that we cannot guarantee complete accuracy when estimating your portion of the cost of treatment and we are not responsible for any errors in filing your insurance.  In the event that there is a discrepancy between your estimated co-payment and the benefits that your insurance company pays on a claim, you will be responsible for any unpaid balance.

Below is a list of many of the PPO insurance plans and dental discount plans that we accept. Please be aware that some of the listed insurance companies may only offer some of the plans that we participate in.
